Welcome to AntLabs. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from AntLabs.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referenced in them, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or are using the website with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You have the legal capacity or appropriate authority to enter into the transaction.
Information submitted by you is accurate and complete.

Products and Product Information

AntLabs offers technology, electronics, accessories, and lifestyle-related products through our online store.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, availability, and pricing are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur between product images and the item received, including differences resulting from display settings, manufacturing updates, packaging changes, or supplier revisions.

Product descriptions and specifications should be read carefully before purchase, particularly where compatibility with a particular phone, computer, vehicle, electrical standard, operating system, network, or other device is required.

Where we discover a material error in product information or pricing, we may contact the customer to provide corrected information. Where appropriate, the customer may be given the option to continue with the corrected order or receive a refund.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights where goods are materially different from their description, defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fail to comply with rights provided by applicable law.

Pricing, Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant store or market configuration.

AntLabs may change product prices, promotions, or availability from time to time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases except where a genuine pricing or technical error has occurred and applicable law permits correction.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be displayed or communicated where required.

Where a customer's payment account uses a different currency from the currency displayed by AntLabs, the customer's bank, card provider, or payment service may apply currency-conversion charges, exchange rates, or international transaction fees.

Such third-party charges are outside AntLabs' control.

Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that the information supplied during checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

AntLabs may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable;
A genuine or material pricing or listing error has occurred;
Payment cannot be completed or verified;
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected;
Delivery information is incomplete or invalid; or
Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.

If AntLabs cancels an order after payment has successfully been collected, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Payments

Payments must be completed using the payment methods made available during checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's country, market, currency, or payment provider.

Payment processing may be handled by independent third-party payment service providers. Those providers may apply their own security checks, authentication requirements, privacy practices, and terms.

Where payment-card information is processed directly by an authorised payment provider, AntLabs does not receive or store the customer's complete payment-card number.

Orders may be subject to reasonable payment-verification and fraud-prevention procedures.

Fulfilment Partners

AntLabs operates as an online retailer and may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment providers, and courier companies to store, prepare, dispatch, and deliver products.

Products may therefore be dispatched from locations different from AntLabs' business location.

Where an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be sent in separate packages or arrive at different times.

AntLabs remains the customer's point of contact for orders placed directly through our online store.

Use of third-party suppliers or fulfilment providers does not remove consumer rights or obligations that apply to AntLabs under applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, estimated dispatch and delivery periods, shipping charges, tracking availability, customs information, and related procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and delivery periods are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.

Delays may occur because of courier disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, supplier delays, high order volumes, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside AntLabs' reasonable control.

Where applicable law requires AntLabs to notify a customer of a shipment delay, provide a cancellation option, obtain consent to a delay, or provide a refund because an order cannot be dispatched within the applicable or agreed period, AntLabs will comply with those requirements.

Nothing in this section removes rights relating to delayed or undelivered orders that cannot legally be excluded.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, defective products, damaged products, incorrectly supplied products, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy together with applicable consumer protection law.

For qualifying electronic transactions in South Africa, consumers may have statutory cooling-off rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Where those rights apply, they operate in addition to the rights described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain transactions and categories of goods may be excluded from statutory cooling-off rights where applicable law provides an exception.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Orders crossing international borders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the customer where permitted by applicable law and the applicable terms of sale.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Intellectual Property

The AntLabs name, logo, branding, original website text, graphics, layouts, and other original materials created for AntLabs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Certain product photographs, trademarks, brand names, descriptions, specifications, or other materials may belong to manufacturers, suppliers, licensors, or other respective rights holders.

Such third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission where such permission is legally required.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website:

For unlawful or fraudulent activity;
To attempt unauthorised access to our website, systems, accounts, or customer information;
To introduce malicious software, harmful code, or other technology intended to interfere with the website;
To deliberately interfere with website security or operation;
To impersonate another person or knowingly submit false information;
To misuse another person's personal information; or
In any manner that unlawfully infringes the rights of AntLabs or another person.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use, integrate with, or link to third-party services, including payment providers, fulfilment services, courier companies, analytics providers, social-media platforms, and other external technology services.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and procedures.

AntLabs does not control independently operated third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, or practices except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or a transaction with AntLabs where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

This includes consumer protection rights and liability arising from conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's statutory rights concerning defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

Any limitation of liability contained in these Terms must be interpreted subject to applicable statutory rights.

Privacy and Personal Information

AntLabs processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

This may include South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) as well as privacy requirements that apply to customers or transactions in other jurisdictions.

Our Privacy Policy explains, among other matters:

What personal information we collect;
How and why we use it;
The circumstances in which information may be shared;
How information is protected and retained;
International or cross-border processing where applicable; and
Rights that may be available to customers regarding their personal information.

Changes to These Terms

AntLabs may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website, services, policies, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised Last Updated date.

Unless required or permitted by applicable law, changes to these Terms will not retroactively remove rights that arose in connection with an order completed before the updated Terms became effective.

Governing Law

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

However, this choice of law is not intended to deprive a customer of mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to them under the laws of their jurisdiction and that cannot lawfully be waived.

Any dispute will be dealt with by a court, tribunal, regulator, alternative dispute resolution body, or other competent authority having jurisdiction over the matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted, limited, or severed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
